Here's what we are eating this week...
Monday: 4 Layer Beef & Bacon Casserole (from The Paleo Kitchen Cookbook)
Tuesday: Balsamic Chicken + mashed cauli
Wednesday: Spaghetti Squash Bolognese (from The Practical Paleo Cookbook)
Thursday: Salmon + veggies
Friday: Greek Chicken Skillet + roasted SP
Saturday: Lamb Pie
Sunday: Leftovers?
I managed to waste most of my Saturday again and therefore will not likely get much food prepped for the week today. At the very least I want to cook the spaghetti squash for Wednesday and make the mashed cauliflower and sweet potatoes for Monday's dinner.
