It's a short week for me...I'm headed out of town for my race and a vacation on Friday afternoon. I only planned through Thursday, but I think John will have plenty of leftovers to get him through a few more days.
Monday:
Curry Fried Fish (with salmon because that's what we have) and Kale with Apples
Tuesday:
Sweet Potato Hash (no recipe, sauteed sweet potatoes, onion, and peppers) with fried eggs and roast broccoli
Wednesday:
Tuna Cakes (recipe for salmon cakes from Practical Paleo) and cauliflower rice
Thursday:
Spaghetti Squash with Meatballs
